01About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and to appointments and offers booked through it with Namaa Clinics. By using the website you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information.

02Medical information

The content on this website — including treatment descriptions, videos and articles — is general information only. It is not medical advice and does not replace a consultation with a qualified doctor.

Every treatment is recommended only after a consultation, in which your doctor assesses whether it is suitable and safe for you. We may decline or postpone a treatment if we believe it is not in your best interest.

03Appointments

• Submitting the booking form sends us a request. Your appointment is confirmed only when our team confirms the date and time with you, usually on WhatsApp or by phone.
• Please give accurate contact details, so we can reach you to confirm.
• Please arrive a few minutes early. If you are late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment so that other patients are not kept waiting.

04Cancellations & rescheduling

If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please let us know as early as possible — ideally at least 24 hours in advance — so that we can offer the slot to another patient. Some treatments or packages may carry their own cancellation terms, which we will explain before you book them.

05Offers & scratch card

• Offer Validity: Scratch-card rewards are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• One Reward Per Patient: Each patient may redeem only one scratch-card reward. Offers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• No Combining Offers: Scratch-card rewards cannot be combined with any other ongoing discounts, packages or promotional offers.
• Prior Appointment Required: All treatments must be booked in advance and are subject to appointment availability.
• Clinical Suitability: All treatments are subject to a consultation and assessment by our medical team. NAMAA reserves the right to recommend an alternative treatment if the selected treatment is unsuitable.
• Complimentary Treatments: Complimentary treatments are available only with the qualifying treatment or package specified in the respective offer.
• Treatment Scheduling: The complimentary Glow Peel offered with Carbon Q-Switch Laser treatment will be performed only if clinically appropriate. Treatment timing and suitability will be determined by the treating doctor.
• Microneedling Package: The complimentary third Signature Microneedling session is applicable only upon booking and payment for two sessions. All three sessions must be completed according to the treatment schedule recommended by the doctor.
• Laser Hair Reduction: The complimentary Upper Lip Laser Hair Reduction session is available upon booking and payment for one Underarm Laser Hair Reduction session.
• Offer Modifications: NAMAA reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers, subject to applicable laws. Rewards already issued will be honoured according to their stated terms.

06Pricing & payment

Treatment prices depend on your individual plan and are confirmed during your consultation, before any treatment begins. Payment is made at the clinic. Prices may change from time to time; the price confirmed for your treatment plan is the one that applies.

07Treatment results

Results vary from person to person and depend on factors such as skin type, health, lifestyle and following aftercare advice. Before-and-after images and patient stories on this website show individual experiences, shared with consent; they are not a promise of the same result for you. Your doctor will discuss realistic expectations, possible side effects and the number of sessions you may need.

08Your responsibilities

• Tell your doctor about your full medical history, medicines, allergies, pregnancy and any previous treatments.
• Follow the pre-treatment and aftercare instructions you are given.
• Contact us promptly if you have any concern after a treatment.
• Use this website lawfully, and do not attempt to disrupt it or misuse its forms.

09Our content

The text, images, videos, logos and design of this website belong to Namaa Clinics or its licensors. You may view and share them for personal, non-commercial use, but may not copy, modify or republish them without our written permission.

10Third-party links

This website links to services we do not control, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, YouTube and Instagram. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content.

11Limitation of liability

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Namaa Clinics is not liable for any loss arising from the use of, or reliance on, information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
